Guiding PrincipleStudent health records are private and protected. We do not store student health records within the public website databases.
1. Data Separation
No student physical, emotional, or sensory screening information is processed or stored in this public website application. Future health portals are deployed in separate, HIPAA-compliant databases using strict end-to-end encryption.
2. Role-Based Access
Access to student reports is regulated according to consent and user role. Parents receive password-protected access only to their own child's report. School admins receive only aggregated, anonymized cohort analytics.
3. Consent & Opt-Out
No student is screened without explicit parent consent. Parents remain free to revoke consent, request deletion of files, or choose their own independent healthcare providers.
